Hi everyone,
I bought a 1996 3.0L turbo diesel surf a few months ago and it’s given me so many problems. Recently got a cracked cylinder head and mechanic is saying it needs a $20,000 rebuild as it has worn bores and needs a new radiator too. I can not afford that and am wondering...

Hi all, I have a 2004 Hilux with 440K kms. Whenever I put in into 4x4 (H or L) there is a persistent clicking/clacking as I drive. I have changed the CV's to no avail. I am thinking it is either the Front diff or transfer case. Has anyone else had the same issue ?7 December 2025, 09:01
