  • stuck mud flaps

I am having a problem removing the rear nut as the bolt turns with it. I am putting the flap back on so I don't want to damage it. Any advice please. The job I am actually doing is replacing my electric Ariel and I need more room.
    Thanks

It's going to be a case of WD40, leave for a day, WD40, leave for a day...until it can be released.

thanks, so i'm guessing I cant get at the bolt head, as you can see by the picture there's not much of the bolt to grip to keep from rotating

I could be wrong, but i'm sure when mine did this it was a stud that came out from a welded nut on the inside

Just undo the other bolts and let it hang down on the stuck one.

It should be a stud. I removed mine a few weeks ago and removed the studs with them.
