I am in need of an ignition cylinder/barrel with the key. A Toyota original key would be preferable. A full cylinder set would be most ideal.

What is the problem with the existing barrel?
If it's a case of the key being stuck in, there are easier fixes...
If it's something else and you really need a barrel and key I'm sure you can get one in Lusaka, or get someone there to make a key for the existing barre, Bobsk1 style.
