Got some more stuff to try out, didn't know there was a filter under the banjo bolt on the supply side, but will have a look anyway, but I am not having problems getting fuel to the pump, its getting fuel from the pump to the injectors ! but all this info is great and will have another muck about and see what I can find
Keep the info coming guys, I'm sure we will sort this at some stage
Shokenore I have sent you an email (fingers crossed) I live in the Frenchay area of Brissel LOL
and Nev if you want to come to England for a holiday that's fine, but it might be a working holiday on the surf LOL
I have removed the spill valve again and put everything back together without the spill valve just to see if the pump will deliver fuel to where the spill sits ! And it does even without bleeding the system ? So guess the problem could well be the spill valve
The only question I have is how much fuel should be coming out of spill valve recess while just cranking the engine ? Should it be running out or gushing out ?
Hi why don't you spray easy start into the inlet manifold
And if it runs for a few seconds then you can be sure the ECU
And immobiliser are all OK
Then for sure its a fuel problem
