best oil type?

I'm well over due a service.......well my truck is

whats the best oil grade & type to put in a knz engine with 220k on it?

any tips as to how best to? I know terrano its easiest to remove the wheel to get to the filter

Semi synthetic 15/40 and if its a 3.0 litre filter can be reached fairly easily from above without shifting or undoing anything. 2.4 i think you need to get through the wheelarch
