  • Heater not working

    Hi. I have an LN130 1992 2.4.

My blowers are not working at all on any setting. Any ideas to what it could be? Where should I check for fuses etc and what else could be the problem?

The rear heaters seem to be working

    Many thanks for your help.

Hi buddie, check your fuses in the engin bay and there are some
down on the drivers kick plate (down by the accelarator )
if not there is a resistor thingey in the heater which can
break and cause the heater to stop working.
Can you hear the motor running atall that would be the sign?

Or wait till uncle Tony's up on hear

The resistor is in fan housing. Early models have a resistor with exposed wire coils which can corode and burn out. Mine has a resistor with the coils enclosed in a ceramic block.Pic shown with blower motor removed and resistor at bottom of pic. Follow wiring harness at the bottom of blower to locate resistor.
