Thanks for the info what I was looking for is if there was an easy step to hook up the plugin for the trailer. Some of the new vehicles have a place where you plugin a wiring harness and that is it, rather than splicing into wires. I thought there might be something like that on the surf. Thanks

Surfs aren't "new" vehicles so you gotta do it the hard way and head for the loom at the back of the rear light assemblies
