I know this is a late response, but the bit in the email you received about using ebay and them keeping the money in a holding account is what truly give's it away as fraud. Ebay don't have any way of holding money or of accepting payment for anything, all payments made through ebay are via Paypal (who ebay own). But all payments go directly to the seller
