Ah!! You are after the hub diameter then ?

As you are looking at pickup disc's, have you asked over on HPOC if they can help ?

im just looking for any disc that fit that got same wheel nut pattern of the surf
can be hilux land cruiser, or something else.

      it doesn't fit!

i need min 183mm to fit, and as you see in the pic this one is too small

yes the disc is 300 overall but don't mind a bit bigger, due i got land cruiser wheels 16"

and need to have the center diameter min 104mm and as you see this one is too small

so im looking for some disc that could fit on that, hope all is not being a waste of time.

my friend is going to lathe the hub and the disc, so i hope its not too weak.

he will need to remove of the centre hole of the disc 5mm in total. then of the hub about 10mm

uau! i cant believe i left this so long!

yes i got those disc that vince told me but a week later found this brembo brand new for 30 quid, so i choose them to keep on moving the project,
got the calipers of the citroen, the one with the yellow sticker(i got rid of them), i got hold of a set of rear calipers of a jaguar s type 03, that's the other one you see in the pic, got 30mm spacers, and it will accommodate well in a 16 inch wheel, now i need to figure out how to rout the handbrake cable, any ideas? and need to make the bracket to support the caliper.

i had few minutes to play with this; this morning.
what im trying to achieve its to use the same handbrake system ((brackets) but in different position, that will make easier to connect the handbrake cable.
this is the jaguar S type calipers, and im rotating the brackets about 90 degrees

drilled another hole, had to be countersink, otherwise the rest of the mechanism wont fit

and i need to keep the old bolt on place, that's to stop the mechanism overdoing it

                      it need a lock nut

to be able to grind it to shape

                      fitting in the bracket

and making sure that after grinding to shape the bolt all fits right

then fitting the rest of the brackets for handbrake to make sure that all work well before dismantling it and paint it, by the way this is the left hand side caliper
got hold of a set of rear disc brakes of a 01 nissan patrol, and they fit perfect without the need of grinding or modding the shaft.
