  • egr removed on 1KZTE pics

all done, but anything else should i do?

i started first doing this (pic taken from the net)

then decided to do the blanking plates and removal of egr,

before removal of nuts, to make it easier, i released the handbrake cable.

and off it is, and blanking plate on

i put a bolt to block the vacuum pipe that was going to the egr that you can see at the bottom of pic

and taped the cable that was connected to egr circled in red

is there anything else should i do? besides give the engine a good clean?
    thanks

remove the EGR? many reasons! recomendation of a few friends,
not for the difference in mpg, but its a bit cooler in temp. and a bit more torke in low revs
